IMO a crate is not at all a prison if it is used correctly. It is a safe place and den for dogs, puppies and adults alike.
I know that if I leave the house with the dogs having free run they get very anxious and almost overwhelmed and will whine. If they are crated they snuggle right in and fall asleep or play with some toys and are calm and relaxed until I get home. |
