-Oops, missed that, sorry. 9 weeks is still young!!-i would keep them trimmed down-and just wait.. Avery's didnt fully stand up till about 3months or so.. i think they will eventually go up. but watch them.
if not THEN i would tape, etc. But its up to you.. good luck. <3
