How neat!! The little girl I'm looking at was surrendered to the rescue because her elderly owner could not take care of her anymore.

So it sounds like she has been taken care of.
I am going to a show in a week to meet a lady who said she would be willing to mentor me. I want to talk to her first before I do anything. I don't know how long it will be before I get a pup to show, and that's why I'm considering rescuing this little girl.
