Ew, gross, blah, pluhhhh, and YUCK! I keep mostly vegetarian, but I decided to try cooking some liver for my dogs. OMG, I gagged several times during the process! After taking it out of the container, there was NO WAY I could give it to them raw, so I used it in a dog food recipe.

Anyone else cook liver for their dogs? Do you know of any way to make it look and feel less icky? And the smell when cooking it-is there any way to avoid that?

I could not cook liver, NOR give it to Tricksie. I would never give raw meat to my baby. We don't eat raw meat.
