I say whatever works for you. You guys know your marriage better than anyone and as long as your not bothered by it and its what you both want then go for it.
I can't sleep without Dan....lol When he goes to his nascar races,etc I really don't sleep til he gets back. He makes me feel safe....Although, I think someone could come in and get me during the night and he wouldnt even wake up. I personally won't have separate bedrooms. But thats just me.
You have to do what works for you not what works for someone else.
