Did you shave BOTH sides of the ears and make sure they are plucked. You need to make sure that these is no hair in or on the ear. Since he is 14 weeks, I don't think jus shaving the tip is going to work. He is teething, so try giving him either a calcium supplement or some cottage cheese. That will help also. But Kimberly is right.... everything I've read says that 12 weeks is the age that you want the ears up by.... Good luck!
