As usual, ever since I've been at YT and Britt has posted about her photo contests, I've decided not to enter. I think there are always great entries to choose from each month. I withhold my entries because I wouldn't want anyone to ever say that I take photographs/portraits for a living and have an unfair advantage. Fact is . . . I see many people with absolutely awesome photos of their babies --- sharp as a tack on focusing, great depth of field, great subject interest, lack of objects to draw attention away from the subject, etc.

Each month, the task of selecting a winner has to be daunting. Whether by homecoming queen popularity contest votes or through a selection process, I think that Britt runs a fair contest. I think I actually prefer when winners are not selected by popularity contest -- but that is just my opinion.

I, for one, love Britt's site and think she has plenty to be proud of! Quality information on a quality site!
