I just did this to my grout and tile this wekeend. SAME exact situation as you. Murphy and Mia will not potty in the house while I am home but will every now and than when I am not. I used a urine cleaner on the grout before to get the smell out - left it on there for about 15 minutes and than wiped it up - than I took Soft Scrub with bleached and lined the tile to make a paste and left that on there for about 20 minutes. It took the dark out and cleaned it really well. Now I am going to go get a sealer this wekeend and seal it like everyone else is suggesting.
