we have rental properties and are faced with this problem quite a bit. if you let clorox sit on it for a few minutes, it should clean up. also, a whitening toothpaste gets the stain out. I would treat it with an enzyme cleaner first to get the bacteria and any "smells" out of it. then to get the discoloration out, either of those 2 methods should work.
