Cry Pet urine on ceramic tile HELP!!

Hi,
I need a little advice on how to effectively clean a tile floor. Our entryway and main hall way has ceramic tile. It's a lovely floor, but unfortunately I have a somewhat incontinent dog in my house. It would appear that the dog's urine has seeped into the grout, and needs to be cleaned. It's always in the constant spot. He does it when I am not home. When I am home he doesn't do it. Maybe once when i wasn't looking. I can't yell at him for something he did that I wasn't home.

We normally use bleach and water, or ammonia-type cleaners on the floor, but they don't seem to take away the urine smell for long.

Are enzyme cleaners what I should be using? I've used Natures Miracle and Urine Off. I've seen people mentioning sealing grout - should I be doing this? Does anyone have any advice or ideas for me? I'd appreciate any information!

I like to keeping our home clean.
