No, not at all. Although I've heard some dogs are not so quick to go on the toilet. My Spanky will NOT go outside. We have tried to keep him out for several hours, but no luck. He thinks going outside means that it is time to have fun. If anyone has any tips on how to get him to go outside...please let me know.
