Oh my...That sounds super painful!! When I had my wisdom teeth removed, they hadn't even started to come out yet, so they had to go in and get them...I was in soooo much pain, but I didn't have a dry socket...I can't imagine the kind of pain I would have been in if that would have happened to me. I wish I had some advice for you!!!
