Did you get a dog grooming clipper or a people grooming clipper?
I have an Oster A5 (I think is the model #) which is similar to the Andis dog clipper. The whole clipping blade head comes off and you can buy different blades for different lengths. The higher the number the shorter the cut. These are not combs, though you can attach the combs to the blades if you want, but with yorkie hair it doesn't stand up so they don't work so well unless you have a Vac-U-Groomer or something similar.
