When do you guys who raise puppies usually let them go outside for the first time? My little ones are 7 and almost 8 weeks old. All have had their first shots and are still nursing a bit. Normally I would have already let them out, but the last time I went to the vet I was told that the whole reason we give a series of puppy shots is because they do not always take the first time???? I cannot remember why she said that they don't always work each time, but she said that we give so many because there are different times when the puppies are more receptive to them. Do ya'll think it is okay to let them play in the grass? I have a fenced in yard so no strange dogs are ever back there to leave anything bad behind.
