Default Return for Dog of "Equal" Value

Some of you have read my post about a breeder offering two "older" puppies (14-15 weeks old) for $100 each because she believes they need to be in their permenant homes ASAP. I read her health guarantee contract which states that a puppy can be returned if the vet finds a problem in exchange for a puppy of "equal" value.

If all the other puppies are being sold for $500 and up, that means there will be no puppy of "equal" value. What do you make of this stipulation?
