What a day trip you had!!!!
I guess some dogs like to travel and others do not. Toby loves to ride in the front seat (previous owner held him in her lap) and so he is constantly wanting to get in the front seat but I block his only route. He is not a barker but he just is restless. We have a maltese and she loves the car and curls up on the back seat and sleeps until we get where we are going and this has helped with Toby's restlessness. He is now starting to lay down next to her rather than to keep trying to get up front with us. He is such a lovebug but he is safer in the back seat.
