Lily has two sets of teeth, too. She's 8 months and will have them pulled when she gets spayed in a couple weeks. It is very common for Yorkies to have double sets. I wouldn't spend money or waste time on taking him to the groomer. When Riley got neutered I had him groomed before hand. Then he came back to me with a shaved leg because he had an IV. But, now that I think of it, he was also there to get a liver biopsy too so maybe that's why. No...my friend's dog had a shaved leg after his neuter. Anyways, I'd wait on grooming unless he's in desperate need of one because you'll have to wait a little while after his surgery.
