I used an actual childs play pen, when we first got Meka... Think it might have been a little smaller than urs cause there was just enough room for her bed, pad and water bowl... I also did things like leaving the TV on, so she wouldnt be lonely or bored. It seems like ur pups acting out cause she's alone and maybe has a little too much room in her pen. Also, just bought a spray from Petsmart that helps pups go where they need to... Ive been using it for a while now and it seems to work - hope this helps.
