all of the foods i have ever fed say 1/4-1/2 per day. but really, all foods are different, i guess it all depends on the ingredients. i started maggie on royal canine and it was 1/4-1/2 cup per day. and now we are feeding nature's select and I just got a new shipment and read the feeding instructions, it says the same.
i think i just need to ask the vet if she is overweight (at 11 months
) and if so, then i will just monitor her eating better
