I really hope someone is able to guide you to a reputable breeder in your area..I would hate for your sister to go and buy from a petstore. From what you said, it sounds like she wants to be able to see the conditions in which the pup is living and it's parents and siblings...At a petstore, the conditions are not so great, and she won't see the parents or littermates.
