Dogs can get an upset tummy just like we can. Lacy threw up four times Tuesday night and I was really worried about her. No change in her food, but I started vet school on Monday and have been away most of the day (she's used to being with me pretty much all the time) so it might have been anxiety. She just didn't feel good at all Tuesday night, but Wednesday morning when we woke up she was all back to normal. I would just make sure someone can check on your baby tomorrow if you aren't there. If she starts having other symptoms or starts to get worse, definitely take her to the vet.
