She came home and slept(which she normally does during the day) then woke up and threw up again(two times in a row.) it is almost like spit(bubbles) and yellowy color.. (she has kinda been eating her poop recently and has thrown up this color before(but only one time and was done) we have been putting the deter stuff on her food and she hasnt been touching her poop really(so i dont think it is that) We are leaving to go to a birthday party-im worried now!!!! anyone have any ideas or help??????? THANKS!!!! (we gave her a couple cherrios with some nutrical on it.. (she is acting kinda lazy-but not out of it or anything like that???) (my dad is able to swing by my place around 9pm my time-its 6:20 now, and check on her-but still.)

| For her eating her poop, they have medicine for that at your vets. Aubrey threw up a couple times today, they could have eaten something that didn't agree with their stomach. If she throws up anymore I would take her to the vet. But sometimes when they throw up they don't get it all out the first time, so they do it again. Was it back to back? |

YT 1000 Club Member | Sorry about your baby. Hopefully, it's not Parvo. My aunt had a dog that got parvo. He was throwing up clear (with a tint of yellow) slime like throw up at first. Then he started acting lazy. We took him to the vet (my aunt doesn't leave the house much) and turned out he got parvo when we took him down the block for a walk (1st time)..... |

| I don't want to be too UNconcerned. But it does sound like it's probably a harmless upset tummy. I hope so. Hey, if it's a dull party, it'll give you a reason to duck out early to check on the baby.

| Dogs can get an upset tummy just like we can. Lacy threw up four times Tuesday night and I was really worried about her. No change in her food, but I started vet school on Monday and have been away most of the day (she's used to being with me pretty much all the time) so it might have been anxiety. She just didn't feel good at all Tuesday night, but Wednesday morning when we woke up she was all back to normal. I would just make sure someone can check on your baby tomorrow if you aren't there. If she starts having other symptoms or starts to get worse, definitely take her to the vet.

My furkids Donating Member | Sadie threw up white foam Friday. She hadn't eaten since the night before..(her own fault...I free feed) She will do this sometimes if her belly is empty. I too, gave some nutrical and a few plain cheerios. Then she ate her breakfast and was fine. I wouldn't worry too much unless it continues.

| HI everyone!! thanks soo much for all the responses!! We left her last night and everything was fine, while we were gone. This morning everything was fine as well(acting normal, etc.) and then she threw up once more this morning!! Tim-my BF said that she had gotten into her poop a little bit this morning before it was picked up. So maybe it was that. (Like i said before.. we started sprinkling that 'Deter' stuff on her food, so she wouldnt eat it. Then yesterday i didnt use it-incase it made her sick?) i dont know. she is playing right now.. and during the day she normally sleeps(so it isnt out of the ordinary for her to nap).. She has been eating the same food(Canidae) and we havent given her ANYTHING new. (We used minksheen on her for the first time on friday-dont know why that would be a problem?) She is teething(4 months old), could she be throwing up because of this?? She will also chew stuff randomly(like a wicker type magazine basket, etc.-if we dont catch her) so maybe things like this could make her sick?? BUT the only thing is all that stuff is NOT out of the NORM.?? Also we took her to the park behind our house(3 times since she finished up her final set of shots)-but she doesnt seem to be acting sick??-like her poop has been normal and stuff. I think im just gonna wait and see how she is today, and if she throws up AGAIN,ill take her to the vet tomorrow. she is acting pretty normal, minus the throw up(once this morning)(twice yesterday). anyone else have any suggestions or has this ever happened to your lil ones?? i appreciate everyones concern and responses. ur the best. (PS. the party was fun!!)
