Yep you can, the thing about no other food is when you feed raw you should not feed any kibble within 5 hours of it because they are digested very differently. However if its a beef bone then it won't matter, its just if they are actually consuming it. Yes if you get a marrow bone then scrape most of the marrow out, it is very good for them but if they eat too much then it acts as a laxative.
