Whenever I stop paying attention to him for one second - especially when I try to log on to YT! He hates when I sit down in front of the computer. When I tell him NO! he keeps at it....I have to stop what I'm doing so he'll stop barking (I live in an apt complex and am worried that the barking is going to disturb the neighbors...otherwise I would attempt to ignore him a bit longer).

How do I get my little guy to stop yapping so much? My parents suggested using a newspaper to hit my own hand so it scares him a little....they swear by this technique.

I welcome any ideas!
