Hi there! Welcome to YT! That was very good of you to rescue a poor pup from the side of the road.

Sorry to hear he's not feeling well. As for the jelly, my pup has had that often and it just means his intestines are irritated. It may only be a concern if it persists for a few days. Hopefully he'll pass whatever it was he ate!

You may also want to change his food. If you check the Health & Diet section of this board you will see that nearly no one on this forum feeds Iams. It's a terrible food. Actually, anything you can buy in a supermarket should be avoided. Check the first few ingredients in a food, and if it says 'corn' or 'byproducts', put it back! There are lots of good brands out there - they're sold in pet food retail stores and not any more expensive than the supermarket brands. Some to look for are Canidae, Merricks, Eagle Pack, Chicken Soup...I can't think of any more right now but just browse the Health forum and you'll see that this is a very popular topic on this forum.
