Thats so funny, because I had that same prob w/ Meka... I started about a month ago w/ the "fetch" thing... and she'd take the ball and run. But, thats slowly changing as I make sure to tell her "no" and repeat get the "ball", mommy's "ball" and other similar phrases. And low and behold, now she will go get it and bring it to me... She doesnt always want to give it to me, but she brings it... so she has grasped the concept - thankgoodness... hope this helps! 8)
