i know what you mean, im 37 years old, and everyone told me i would never loose the baby weight "cause i'm old" but i did, believe me, i loved junk food, especially chocolate and the dairy queen use to be my favorite stop when i was pregnant,,, use to eat fast food junk all the time.... but heart attacks run in my family and i have a baby to worry about now so i had to change something in my life, and yes i did go weight watchers years ago in my 20's and i lost the weight and gained it back when i was pregnant plus more, but i went back on my healthy eating and cooking and lost it.. and this is with a husband that eats junk food in front of me everynight,,,, it's very hard.. but a diets pills are no good for you... there just like taking speed and laxitives.... that's all they are... read whats in them.....
