YOu know there are sometimes when I want a dog to bark and other times I don't. I have trained my dogs to "speak" on command so I can usually say "no Speak" when they are barking at an inappropriate time to getthem to stop, but I was wondering if the citronella collar only stops the unwanted barking when it is on or if it has an overall "chilling effect" so that it inhibits barking even when they are not wearing it?
Hopefully yorkiagility will see this since I think she uses the citronella collar. |
