From my understanding 4 lbs. is not too small for the stud. I was told that 4lbs. is a nice size for the stud, but I wouldn't breed him to a daam that small. My research shows that the daam should be around 7 lbs. I have also learned that if the male is bigger than the female, that's where the problems occur, so the male should be the smaller of the two. Actually Indy is a little over 4 lbs. He was the runt of the litter.
