It is possible that with the green discharge, there was infection. It is also possible that the infection got into the pup's blood stream and that could have been what killed the pups. Unless your friend takes the dead pups and has another vet do an autopsy, there's no way to really tell. JMO |
You are right about infection going into blood stream . Aenesthesia for the C-Section is very hard on puppies .
