My Teddy likes C.E.T. by virbac..not very expensive from the vet. I have tried other flavors but he only likes poultry. I started using a finger brush..the little plastic thing that slips over your finger and has little soft brush like protrusions on it. Once he got used to that I gradually introduced a child's soft tooth brush. It took him about a month to start accepting the tooth brush. Now all I have to say is "brush teeth" and he comes running! Visitors really get a kick out of seeing him let me brush his teeth and you can be sure he enjoys showing off!
