Welcome to YT, like somebody else said it's important to trim the hair on the ears to help them to stand up. Sometimes if the puppy's ears are not too large they can stand up by themselves just with a little trimming, and sometimes they have to get taped up. You trim on third down the ear starting from the top and trim the hair around the edges. In any case they will probably get a little floppy when she starts teething.
