Your dog has a beautiful coat, that guy doesn't know what he is talking about, obviously. I don't think silver is a desired color in the breed, is it? They do all come in different sizes and colors, I have 5 of them and none look alike at all
Good luck getting her ears to stand up, but I have the same problem with my almost 2 yr. old girl, one ear up and one down. It's my fault for not trimming her ears better as she was growing, as she also has a very heavy coat and it just sometimes weighs the ears down, doesn't have anything to do with whether or not they are pure bred!
