I use the Halti (I think that's what it is) Harness. It's not the one that goes on the face. I only have to use it once in a while for my Tinka. When they start to pull, it redirects them towards YOU, where they are supposed to be paying attention.

I think it works really, really well. They are about $24.00 in stores, but I got one on e-bay for much less. It doesn't touch the tender neck area either!
