Hello,

I am a new yorkie mommie. I got my baby back in June when she was just 8 weeks and 1lbs. She is now 16 weeks(4 months) and at her last vet check 3 weeks ago she was a little over 2 lbs. Her name is Yumi (you-me) Delilah.

Maybe someone can answer for me when her hair might really start growing. Right now it's shown little progression and everytime I groom her, she just shakes when i am done and it's back to standing on end almost, especially around her face. I call her my little wild child.

Will this ever change?

Also, I have been trying to get her to only eat dry puppy food, but she is very finicky and prefers it being mixed with soft food and she eats around the dry food. Someone mentioned to me that constant soft food is bad for her teeth? Any truth to this? She chews on bacon sticks and teenie "greenies" so I am sure that helps.

Now my final question pertains to treats. I have tried 3-4 different kinds of treats and she really doesn't prefer anything. How can I reward her if she doesn't take to the treats. Any suggestions?
