I have a question about tear stains. When Sputy came back from the groomer they got all the tear staining out, but for me at home, no matter what product i use, i can't seem to get the stains to come out. I am wondering if any of you have grooming experience and know how to get this ugly stain colour out of the fur. I bought a product from my vet as well as others from petsmart, but it's not that good. people say that the staining gradually goes away, but the groomer does it in under half an hour!

what's their secret?
