Christi is exactly right. Sorry to say but its another one of those "marketing" terms. There's nothing in the standard about "babydoll" faces. If a Yorkies face is too short (has very little "stop" and too short muzzel - its actually considered a fault) but these teacup breeders advertise to people who want "cutsie" fashion items so they add things like "Micro mini, baby doll, tiny darlings" in their ads. Dosen't make your dog any less of a gem though!
