I was talking about the breeder herself, not the puppies she produces. I would never, ever call any animal less than quality. I am so incredibly sorry that I came across that way!
Your baby looks adorable, and I'm sure she's a total sweetheart!
Its just my opinion that a good breeder would breed to improve the yorkshire terrier breed according to the standard, rather than trying to shrink yorkies to "teacup" size.
I don't think she's a puppymill either. She has a lot of the characteristics of a puppymill, but I think she's just "confused" about breeding. Some people breed for the money, and they don't even realize the damage and injustice they're doing to the breed.
