FL is fabulous, but you have to make reservations WAYYYYYYYYYYYY in advance especially during this time of year (tourist season). There are TONS of great restaurants all over the Napa Valley now though.
I responded in the other thread, but are you planning on taking your dog with you? I know most of the hotels there, along with the restaurants. What are you thinking to pay for lodging and do you care where in the Valley it is ie: Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, Calistoga?
