Well, I can tell you from my own experience that their personalities can be as different as people. Some bark a lot and some don't. Mine doesn't bark often. There are those with outgoing personalities and some that are shy. The one thing that most of them have in common is that they love to play with those squeaky balls. Last night I picked up this little doggie at Wal-Mart that you can stick your hand into and it barks. The funny thing about it is that you can work your hand so that it barks in songs!
Anyway, Kacee was having lots of fun chasing it around the room on my hand. When I first put it on she just looked at it so funny!
We have another little doggie puppet that I put on my hand and we play together with it. She loves it and we named it Brutus.
She knows "who" Brutus is and wants to play with "him" everyday.
