CALIFORNIACUDDLES.COM looks like a puppymill site at first glance, but I think its just a less than quality breeder. She's calling her puppies teacups, breeding for tiny size rather than standard, mixing breeds, and there are no parent pictures to be found. I don't doubt that she's a sweet woman...but wonderful breeder...Hmm.
