I use the big (13 oz) cans for Max and since he gets 1/3 can per day, 1 can lasts 3 days. I don't have any problem storing it in the can in the fridge....I got some really nice lids at Petco...they fit either that size of can or I guess, the wider cans like cat food cans and they seal pretty well. I suppose if it's only 3 days it's not that big of an issue though....if your dog doesn't go thru a can that quickly.....it might be.
