Thank you! I like that idea! In fact, when we first moved into this house, the back yard was just a bunch of sand b/c the owners didn't want to put the $ into it unless they knew they had someone renting it....and when they had it landscaped (of course it was AFTER everything was finished) a city code enforcment guy came by b/c SOMEONE (more than l likely the people behind us since they'd be the ones affected) had called and was concerned about the yard being levelled (before, there was a sort of drop off at the back end where the wall separating the properties is, and a drainage hole in the walls in case of flooding....they were worried that they'd blocked up the drainage and thought that some of the landscaping might need redoing. Luckily, that wasn't the case and nothing needed to be done, but we really don't know WHO it was (and it really doesn't matter to me, since it's not MY house), so obviously, you can do things like that and they wouldn't know for sure who it was. Actually, the way that most of the neighbors are so fastidious about their yards here, it wouldn't surprise me if someone else hasnt' complained about their yard already. Especially with the housing market the way it is right now
