And this was just for starters.
So what I did was find out who the owner of the house was through tax records and I sent him a letter explaining what was going on. I also mentioned that they were tearing his house apart. I wrote him and the home owners association a new letter every week and two months later they were gone and the house is now up for sale.
I guess that won't help if they own it. If they only rent, it might be a place to start. |
YIKES!! That's really scary! I have a feeling that at least one of these guys might be the owner...either that, or maybe all of the guys went in together to buy it (the reason I think this, is b/c as soon as the house was sold, the realty company had a cleaning person over there and the next day, these guys were moving in). So I've been thinking that at least one of them is an owner, but maybe someone else could have bought it and leased it out? I don't know how to find out

. Oh..also, the front yard was being maintained by gardeners up until the time of the sale, and not one single thing has been touched since these guys moved in. Almost anywhere around here if you're renting or leasing, pays for gardeners b/c they want the yard kept up, so I am afraid I'm right about them owning it. How do you go about finding out thru the tax records?
