Kelly, You controlled yourself so much better than me. I would have seriously hit her. Man the nerve of some people, first she doesnt watch her dog, then tries to get something out of you for the damages! I have to laugh becasue hello, leash law...so no wonder she got a ticket. I agree with the others, finally someone who got what they deserve.
