Boil some chicken breast and then cool it and shred it. Add it to some plain, white rice and mix it together. I used to feed Max those Cesar dog foods and I'd save the little plastic containers. Now I have a hundred of them I think, but I use them to keep the chicken/rice mixture in in the freezer for when Max doesn't feel good. They almost always eat that. If they don't, there's something really wrong with them (at least, in Max's case). Boiling it keeps the chicken moist and it's bland enough that it won't upset their stomach.
