Pedialyte is fine to give her to stay hydrated, if need be. Also, get some Nutrical and if you feel she isn't eating well, give her a dollup of Nutrical to keep the blood sugar up. Most pups really like yogurt as well, just make sure it doesn't contain nutrisweet or any other artificial sweeteners - full fat and fruit is okay as is vanilla flavoring.
Yogurt also helps calm tummy troubles!!!! Good luck with her and I hope she is all better real soon!!!
