WTF!! That is unbelievable! What a moron! I had some really horrible neighbors where we used to live who just let their dog out without a leash in the morning and of course he would go in my flower garden. She also fed this huge colony of feral cats who hung out in MY yard and were trashing it. I confronted her and she basically blew me off so what I did was get all the s@$t together and fling it into her yard and pool! It was a crappy job (no pun intended) but it had to be done! She never said a word about it either.
I had another neighbor who walked her dog on a leash but let him poop on my lawn. Can you believe the nerve of people? I watched as she did it one day and picked it up and chased her down the street yelling "Excuse me you forgot something"! And then I threw it at her. I never saw her again! LOL!!
My husband thinks I need to go to anger management classes but I just can't get over the stupidity of some people!
I'm glad you're getting a fence. They make the best neighbors!
