The situation has changed a bit. Max belongs to a work friend. The illness in the family turned out to be her father. I just found out that he died last week so I guess the reason she had to move in with her parents is a null point. I don't know her mothers condition and she isn't at work for me to ask. I will find out as soon as possible though and provide a photo.
