Conner will lift his leg when he is wide awake. When he is tired (in the morning and before he goes to bed), he does not lift his leg. When we go to the park, he has to pee where other dogs have peed (maybe girl dogs), so he does not lift. He looks like such a girl when we go on our walks. He wears a macho shirt, then squats to pee.
